My practice covers three kinds of clients: homeowners selling (including my 1% listing program — a 1% listing-side commission, always negotiable, on broker-approved terms), buyers who want street-level guidance instead of portal alerts, and investors — multifamily and cash-flow property is a genuine strength of my practice, not a sideline.
